1. Delivery of Digital Projects

• Project Timelines:
  Projects will be delivered as per the timeline and milestones outlined in the initial agreement.

• Mode of Delivery:
  Completed digital projects (e.g., websites, designs, or software) will be delivered electronically via email, file-sharing platforms, or uploaded directly to the client’s servers, as agreed.

• Delays:
  Any potential delays will be communicated promptly, and we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

2. Delivery of Physical Products

• Timeline:
  Physical products, if applicable, will be shipped within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment receipt.

• Shipping Charges:
  Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated at the time of order placement.

• Tracking Information:
  Once the product is shipped, tracking details will be shared with the client to monitor the delivery status.

• Delivery Address:
  Clients must provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of order.

3. General Terms

• Client Responsibilities:
  Clients are responsible for ensuring the receipt of digital deliveries and checking physical products upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours.

• Unforeseen Delays:
  Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, courier issues) will be communicated promptly, and efforts will be made to minimize the impact.

• Ownership Transfer:
  Ownership of digital projects is transferred upon full payment and delivery. For physical products, ownership is transferred upon successful delivery.
